Sea Box International's ShelterPAK is a pre-configured kit to transform a shipping container into comfortable, air conditioned, insulated accommodation. Perfect for emergencies and natural disaster accommodation, a ShelterPAK can be assembled by a two-person team in under an hour.

The ShelterPAK consists of fully prepared panels for lining a 20' container. All panels are well insulated (approximately R10*), cut to size and can be installed in minutes. The kit also includes an end panel with a door, electrical connection point, and air conditioner hatch. The heaviest panel weighs roughly 15 kg, so no lifting equipment is required for assembly.

The panels are hard, durable, long-lasting and light. The ceiling panels are self-supporting and able to hold lights and other electrical fittings.

When not in use, the container doors can be closed and locked for added security.

The ShelterPAK is perfect for natural disaster recovery. With the ShelterPAK kit any empty shipping container can be converted into accommodation.

Up to 8 ShelterPAKs can be stored and transported in a single 20' container (or 16 in a 40' container), allowing bulk shipments to be made with ease.

The ShelterPAK also makes excellent reuse of unused shipping containers. Any container can be easily reconfigured as a secure site office.

Assembly:

1. Pre-cut, pre-drilled channels are screwed to the floor and ceiling of the container
2. Side and end panels are inserted into the channels
3. Ceiling panels are inserted into their channels
4. Door end panels are lifted into place and secured
